Placing your order
Select 'Shop Online' to view the Merino Snug product, and select a subcategory of Men's, Ladies or Accessories. Click on an individual garment to view a larger image of the garment, its price, and size/colour availability. To add the item to your shopping bag, select a size and colour, then click 'Add to Bag'.
Repeat the above steps for each garment which you wish to purchase. At any time you can view a summary of the items in your shopping card on the left hand panel.
Checkout
Once you have added all desired garments to your shopping bag, click the 'Checkout' link on the left hand panel. If you are a new customer select 'I am a new customer'. Enter your details for billing and delivery. The next time you shop, you are able to login using your email address and password, which will retrieve your saved details and populate the fields automatically.
You will now see that a delivery cost has been added to the final total. This is calculated according to the destination and weight of garments.
Enter your credit card details. It is important to note that your credit card details are not stored by Merino Snug and that the Merino Snug website is secured, so you can safely enter your credit card details for either Visa or MasterCard.
You must now accept the terms and conditions of sale. If you are happy to proceed with the order click 'Buy Now'.
You will be sent a confirmation email for your records.
Credit cards are debited at the time of order.
